Sixteen years of learning the trade properly.
Ben started out as a 16-year-old apprentice, completing three full years in roof slating and tiling before joining a large Lincolnshire roofing firm.
There, he built several years of experience across domestic homes and commercial projects. That grounding taught him to work accurately, handle jobs of different scales and understand what a properly finished roof should look like.
After a couple of years, Ben felt ready to put his own standards and name behind the work. He created BH Roofing Services in 2018, and the business has stayed busy largely through word-of-mouth recommendations.
Ben knows it can be difficult to find an honest, skilled roofer. His answer is simple: be clear about what is needed, do the job well and treat every customer’s property with respect.
